About this site
This site belongs to Emro Jaya Abadi and gives information about our crane rental and heavy equipment lifting services in Batam, Bintan, and Tanjung Pinang. The site does not take orders or payments. Visiting the site or pressing the WhatsApp button does not by itself create a rental agreement.
Equipment information and specs
- Photos, names, and descriptions of equipment on this site are a general guide. A photo may show a different unit from the one that is sent, and some photos come from other sources with the credit shown.
- A listed capacity does not mean the machine can lift that weight at every distance and in every condition. What can be lifted depends on the maker's load chart, the lifting radius, the ground, and the rigging used.
- We confirm the specs of each unit and its availability when you ask.
Quotes and prices
Prices are not shown on the site because they depend on the job. We send quotes on WhatsApp or another way we agree on. A quote is only binding once there is a written agreement, for example a rental agreement, a work order, or a written approval of the quote.
General framework for rentals
The details of each job, including rates, schedule, working hours, extra charges, payment, and cancellation, are set in the written quote or agreement. In general:
- Site readiness. The customer makes sure the site is ready: access road, ground condition and bearing strength, room for the machine to move, and safe distance from power lines, buildings, and other objects.
- Job information. The customer gives correct information about the weight, size, and lifting points of the load, and about site safety rules (for example in an industrial area or a port).
- Operator and safety. Lifting is done by an experienced operator following work safety procedures (K3). We may postpone or stop work if conditions are judged unsafe, for example bad weather, weak ground, or a load over capacity.
- Use of the equipment. The equipment is used only for the agreed work and must not be loaded beyond its capacity.
- Damage and loss. Responsibility for damage or loss follows the agreement that is made.
- Events beyond our control. Extreme weather, disasters, unrest, or government rules may change the schedule. We will let you know as soon as possible.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Equipment brand names and logos (for example Caterpillar, Toyota, Sany, and others) belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate the equipment brands available, not as a sign of an official partnership. Please don't copy or reuse the content of this site without our permission.
Limit of liability
We try to keep the content of this site correct and up to date, but the site is provided as it is, and we don't promise it is free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using this site. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Links to other sites
This site may link to other parties' sites (for example WhatsApp and Google Maps). We don't control them and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute comes up, we will first try to settle it by discussion. If that doesn't work, it will be settled in the competent court in Batam.

We may change these terms at any time. We will show the latest version on this page with a new update date.
